Our filled pasta items begin with unique processing that produces uncommonly thin ravioli, agnolotti, cappelletti and sacchettoni. This delicate shell cooks faster than thicker pastas, allowing the fresh flavor of the rough-cut fillings to emerge and tantalize. Choose from succulent lobster, shrimp, specialty mushrooms or roasted vegetables. None of our ingredients are dehydrated or chemically processed.  We use no preservatives.
